PLINTH FIXING METAL FITTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem with a plinth fixing metal fitting for fixing a plinth that the plinth fixing metal fitting cannot be installed unless a size of an engaging part coincides with a width and a thickness of a scaffolding board to a certain degree, thereby restricting the scaffolding board to which the plinth fixing metal fitting may be fitted.SOLUTION: A plinth fixing metal fitting is for retaining a plinth on a scaffolding board, and includes a scaffolding board sandwiching part that sandwiches an edge part of the horizontally installed scaffolding board from above and below, and a plinth holding part that holds the plinth erected at least partially on outside at an edge in a width direction of the scaffolding board. The scaffolding board sandwiching part includes an upper pressing board pressing the scaffolding board from above and a support part supporting from below. The plinth holding part includes a mounting board for mounting the plinth, the mounting board being connected with the upper pressing board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

【課題】幅木を固定するための幅木固定器具を設置する場合、幅木固定器具は係止部の大きさが足場板の幅や厚さがある程度一致していなければ取り付けることができず、取り付けられる足場板が限定されてしまうという問題がある。【解決手段】足場板に幅木を保持するための幅木固定金具であって、略水平方向に配置される前記足場板において、前記足場板の縁部を上下方向から挟持する足場板挟持部と、前記足場板の幅方向の最端の外側に少なくとも一部が立設される前記幅木を保持する幅木保持部とを備え、前記足場板挟持部は前記足場板を上から押える上圧板と下から支える支持部とを含み、前記幅木保持部は前記幅木を載せるための載置板とを含み、前記上圧板と前記載置板とが連接されている。【選択図】図３
