METHOD FOR RECOVERING VALUABLES FROM DEPHOSPHORIZED SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover valuables such as granular iron and iron oxide from dephosphorized slag, while excluding phosphorus, which is difficult to reuse.SOLUTION: A method for recovering valuables from dephosphorized slag 1 comprises: pulverizing dephosphorized slag 1 having a basicity of 1.5-2.5 after dephosphorization; and performing a wet magnetic separation after pulverization to recover valuables 2 including granular iron and iron oxide, from the dephosphorized slag 1. In the method for recovering valuables from the dephosphorized slag 1, the dephosphorized slag 1 is pulverized so that a granular diameter Dof the dephosphorized slag 1 becomes 5 μm to 50 μm, and the wet magnetic separation is performed with a magnetic field intensity of 500 G to 2000 G, as well as a solid-liquid ratio of the dephosphorized slag 1 to be 0.35 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 脱りんスラグから再利用が困難なりんを排除して、効率良く粒鉄や酸化鉄などの有価物を回収する。【解決手段】本発明の脱りんスラグ1からの有価物回収方法は、脱りん後にC/Sが1.5〜2.5の脱りんスラグ1を粉砕し、粉砕後に湿式で磁選することにより、脱りんスラグ1から粒鉄又は酸化鉄を含む有価物2を回収する脱りんスラグ1の有価物回収方法であって、脱りんスラグ1を、脱りんスラグ1の粒径D50が5μm〜50μmとなるように粉砕し、湿式による磁選を行うに際しては、磁場の強さを500G〜2000Gとすると共に、脱りんスラグ1の固液比を0.35以下とすることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
