CONCRETE MOLD FOR STEEL TOWER FOUNDATION, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STEEL TOWER FOUNDATION CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mold for steel tower foundation and a construction method of steel tower foundation concrete that curtail construction period and reduce costs.SOLUTION: A foundation construction hole 1 is formed. A bottom end of a main leg material 3 is disposed at a bottom part of the foundation construction hole 1, such that the main leg material 3 extends in a vertical direction. A concrete mold receiving frame 10 is installed at the bottom part of the foundation construction hole 1, so as to surround the bottom end of the main leg material 3. A columnar body concrete mold 20 is provided in a top part of the concrete mold receiving frame 10, so as to surround the main leg material 3. A cover material 30 is supported by the top part of the concrete mold receiving frame 10 and an inner wall part of the foundation construction hole 1, a concrete placement port is opened, and the foundation construction hole 1 is closed by the cover material 30 at a location between the top part of the concrete mold receiving frame 10 and the inner wall part. Concrete is placed inside the foundation construction hole 1, from the concrete placement port to a height of the cover material 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工期間の短縮と経費削減を図ることができる鉄塔基礎コンクリート用型枠および鉄塔基礎コンクリート施工方法を提供することができる。【解決手段】基礎設置用穴1を形成する。基礎設置用穴1の底部に主脚材3の下端部を配置し、主脚材3を縦方向に伸びるよう設置する。主脚材3の下端部を包囲するよう基礎設置用穴1の底部に型枠受架台10を設置する。型枠受架台10の上部に主脚材3を包囲するよう柱体型枠20を設ける。蓋材30を型枠受架台10の上部と基礎設置用穴1の内壁部とで支持し、コンクリート打設口を開けて蓋材30により型枠受架台10の上部と内壁部との間で基礎設置用穴1を塞ぐ。基礎設置用穴1の内部にコンクリート打設口から蓋材30の高さまでコンクリートを打設する。【選択図】図1
