PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep costs low while securing the strength of a turning motor device installation portion of a turning frame in a shovel-based construction machine.SOLUTION: A bottom surface plate 8 of a turning frame 7 is divided into a central divided bottom surface plate 8X on which a turning motor device installation portion 8c is provided, a front side divided bottom surface plate 8Y which is positioned on the front side of the central divided bottom surface plate 8X and on which a center joint installation portion 8b is provided, and a rear side divided bottom surface plate 8Z positioned on the rear side of the central divided bottom surface plate 8X. These divided front side, central, and rear side divided bottom surface plates 8X, 8Y, and 8Z are formed integrally by welding. A thickness of the central divided bottom surface plate 8X is formed thicker than thicknesses of the front side divided bottom surface plate 8Y and the rear side divided bottom surface plate 8Z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ショベル系建設機械において、旋回フレームの旋回モータ装置取付部の強度を確保しながら、コスト抑制を図る。【解決手段】旋回フレーム7の底面板8を、旋回モータ装置取付部8cが設けられる中央分割底面板8Xと、中央分割底面板8Xの前側に位置し、センタジョイント取付部8bが設けられる前側分割底面板8Yと、中央分割底面板8Xの後側に位置する後側分割底面板8Zとに分割し、これら分割された前側、中央、後側の分割底面板8X、8Y、8Z同士を一体的に溶着して形成するとともに、中央分割底面板8Xの板厚を、前側分割底面板8Yおよび後側分割底面板8Zの板厚よりも厚くした。【選択図】図3
