PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor with a free-access panel that facilitates arrangement and installation of the base-isolated floor as a floor, along with an installation method of the base-isolated floor.SOLUTION: A base-isolated floor 1 includes: a base 5 having a precast concrete base body 2 and a lower sliding surface 4 of a recessed spherical surface form provided on a top surface 3 of the base body 2; a free-access panel 9 having a precast concrete panel body 6 and an upper sliding surface 8 of a recessed spherical surface form provided on an undersurface 7 of the panel body 6, the free-access panel being disposed above the base 5; and an interposed member 12 having a sliding undersurface 10 of a protruded spherical surface form slidably contacting the lower sliding surface 4 of the base 5 and having a sliding top surface 11 of a protruded spherical surface form slidably contacting the upper sliding surface 8 of the free-access panel 9, the interposed member being interposed between the base 5 and the free-access panel 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震床の床としての配設を容易に行い得るフリーアクセスパネルを具備した免震床及びこの免震床の設置方法を提供すること。【解決手段】免震床１は、プレキャストコンクリート製の基台本体２及び基台本体２の上面３に設けられた凹球面状の下側摺動面４を有した基台５と、プレキャストコンクリート製のパネル本体６及びパネル本体６の下面７に設けられた凹球面状の上側摺動面８を有していると共に基台５の上方に配されたフリーアクセスパネル９と、基台５の下側摺動面４に摺動自在に接する凸球面状の摺動下面１０及びフリーアクセスパネル９の上側摺動面８に摺動自在に接する凸球面状の摺動上面１１を備えていると共に基台５及びフリーアクセスパネル９間に介在された介在部材１２とを具備している。【選択図】図１
