CEMENT MIXED MATERIAL, HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition which is rich in hue and improves designability.SOLUTION: A hydraulic composition contains a cement mixed material formed of white cement and glass sand having a particle size of 0-5 mm, and water. The hydraulic composition can be obtained by: a mixing step of mixing the glass sand having the particle size of 0-5 mm and the water to produce a hydraulic composition; a placing step of placing the hydraulic composition in a mold frame to which a sheet imprinted with a cure-retarding agent for delaying the curing of the hydraulic composition is stuck; a form removal step of removing the hydraulic composition from the mold frame, after having cured the hydraulic composition; and a step of washing a portion in which the curing is delayed by the cure-retarding agent, after the form removal step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】色彩を豊かにして意匠性の向上を図った水硬性組成物。【解決手段】ホワイトセメントと、粒径が0〜5mmのガラス砂からなるセメント混合材と水とを含有する。粒径が0〜5mmのガラス砂と水とを混合して、水硬性組成物を生成する混合工程と、前記水硬性組成物の硬化を遅延する硬化遅延剤を刷り込んだシートを張り付けた型枠に前記水硬性組成物を打設する打設工程と、前記水硬性組成物の硬化後、前記型枠から脱型する脱型工程と、脱型工程ののちに、前記硬化遅延剤によって硬化遅延剤によって、硬化が遅延された部位を洗い出すことを特徴とする水硬性組成物を得ることができる。【選択図】図6
