METHOD FOR PRODUCING BORON NITRIDE GRANULE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an h-BN granule that is excellent in flowability and dispersibility into resin as compared to a conventional h-BN particle.SOLUTION: Provided are: a process for producing h-BN granule at least comprising a mixed slurry preparation step of preparing a mixed slurry by adding a binder to a slurry containing peeled hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) particles and a granule formation step of forming granules composed of peeled h-BN particles and a binder by spray-drying the mixed slurry using a spray dryer method; and an h-BN granule-containing filler resin composite material obtained by mixing h-BN granules prepared by the above method and a resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来のｈ−ＢＮ粒子に比し、流動性と樹脂への分散性に優れるｈ−ＢＮ顆粒体を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】剥離された六方晶窒化ホウ素（ｈ−ＢＮ）粒子を含有するスラリーに、バインダーを添加して混合スラリーを作製する混合スラリー作製工程と、スプレードライヤー法を用いて、混合スラリーを噴霧し乾燥させて、剥離されたｈ−ＢＮ粒子とバインダーとからなる顆粒体を形成する顆粒体形成工程と、を少なくとも備えるｈ−ＢＮ顆粒体の製造方法。前記方法で作製されたｈ−ＢＮ顆粒体と樹脂とを混合したｈ−ＢＮ顆粒体含有フィラー樹脂複合材料。【選択図】なし
