PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a concrete structure, which maintains a repellent layer on a long-term basis.SOLUTION: A construction method for a concrete structure includes: a hollow passage formation step of forming a hollow passage 4, which has an opening 4a on an outer wall surface 1a, in a concrete base 2 inside which a reinforcement 3 is arranged; and a water-repellent layer formation step of forming a water-repellent layer 2a on the periphery of the hollow passage 4 by making a water-repellent impregnation material flow into the hollow passage 4 and holding the water-repellent impregnation material for a defined period of time in a pressurized state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
