PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade member made of a metallic material that offers excellent durability, load bearing capacity and fire resistance, but may reduce a cost by volume production.SOLUTION: A double sunshade member 10 includes a first rectangular part 12 and a second rectangular part 14 made of a metallic plate. The first rectangular part 12 and the second rectangular part 14 are oriented such that diagonal lines are lined up linearly, and a basic form is established by connecting respective corner parts. The first rectangular part 12 is divided into a first triangular area 24 and a second triangular area 25, while the second rectangular part 14 is divided into a third triangular area 26 and a fourth triangular area 27. The first rectangular part 12 and the second rectangular part 14 are divided into a protruded surface side and a recessed surface side, by being ridge-folded along folding lines 22, 23. A notch line 31 is formed at a central part of each of the triangular areas. An almost trapezoidal through-hole 36 is formed by folding a folded surface 33 surrounded by the notch line 31 toward the recessed surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】耐久性、耐荷重性及び耐火性に優れた金属材を用いながら、量産による低コスト化が可能な日除け用部材を提供する。【解決手段】金属板よりなる第1の矩形部12及び第2の矩形部14を備えた2連形日除け用部材10。第1の矩形部12と第2の矩形部14を、対角線が直線状に並ぶ向きに配置し、相互の角部を連結した基本形状を備える。第1の矩形部12は、第1の三角領域24及び第2の三角領域25に区分され、第2の矩形部14は、第3の三角領域26及び第4の三角領域27に区分される。第1の矩形部12及び第2の矩形部14は、折曲線22、23に沿って山折りされることにより、凸面側と凹面側に区分される。各三角領域の中央部には切欠線31が形成されており、切欠線31に囲まれた折曲面33を凹面側に折り曲げることにより、略台形状の透孔36が形成される。【選択図】図3
