PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an artificial lawn that has different types of lawn leaf-like piles with reduced unevenness of lawn height.SOLUTION: An artificial lawn manufacturing method comprises: a step to manufacture at least two types of yarn including a first yarn and a second yarn that are different at least in either cross-sectional shape or fineness; a step to manufacture an intermediate of the artificial lawn that has lawn leaf-like pile formed of at least two types of yarn by planting at least two types of yarn on a base material; and a step to cause heat shrink of the pile by placing the intermediate under high temperature environment. Lawn heights of the piles formed of the first yarn and the second yarn are equal after the heat shrink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】芝葉を模した異なる種類のパイルを備えつつも、芝丈のムラの低減された人工芝の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】人工芝の製造方法が提供される。前記製造方法は、横断面形状及び繊度の少なくとも一方が異なる第１ヤーン及び第２ヤーンを含む２種類以上のヤーンを製造するステップと、前記２種類以上のヤーンを基材上に植設することにより、前記２種類以上のヤーンから形成される芝葉を模したパイルを有する前記人工芝の中間体を製造するステップと、前記中間体を高温環境下に置き、前記パイルを熱収縮させるステップとを含む。また、前記熱収縮後において、前記第１ヤーン及び前記第２ヤーンから形成される前記パイルの芝丈が同一である。【選択図】図３
