LOCKING/UNLOCKING MECHANISM FOR OPEN DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a cumbersome work process of searching for a small key hole position in a narrow and dimly lit area near an inspection port, therefore enhancing workability, at the same time contributing toward crime prevention as no duplicate key needs to be handed over to a worker.SOLUTION: A locking/unlocking mechanism includes a lock lever R rotated between a locked position and an unlocked position for locking/unlocking an open door D, the locked position locking the open door according to a locking/unlocking operation of a lock A, and the unlocked position having the lock unlocked. The lock lever comprises: a crank 20 having a base edge part connected to the lock, rotatable in a locking and an unlocking directions integrally with a duplicate key, and being provided with a rotation regulating part 20c between the base edge part and a tip part; and a link 25 having a hook part 25b and a rotation stop part 25a, the hook part being pivotally fitted rotatably to the crank and being engaged with/disengaged from a receiver 65 on a wall body W side for locking/unlocking the open door. The lock lever is rotatingly energized in a direction to engage the hook part of the link to the receiver all the time, while the rotation stop part butts against the rotation regulating part of the crank to position and hold the hook part at a locking attitude position. When the open door is closed and the hook part of the link butts against the receiver, the hook part is engaged with the receiver for automatically locking the open door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】点検口の手狭で薄暗い中で小さな鍵穴位置を探し出す面倒な作業を省いて作業性も向上し、作業者に合鍵を渡さずに防犯性を高くする。【解決手段】錠前Aの施解錠操作に従い開き扉Dをロックする施錠位置とロックを解除する解錠位置の間を回動して開き扉を施解錠するロックレバーRを備え、ロックレバーは、合鍵と一体に施錠又は解錠方向に回動可能に錠前に基端部を連結し、基端部と先端部間に回動規制部20cを設けるクランク20と、クランクに回動可能に枢着し、壁体W側の受具65に係脱させて開き扉を施解錠するフック部25bと廻り止め部25aを有したリンク25とで構成し、常時、受具にリンクのフック部が係止する向きに回動付勢する一方、廻り止め部がクランクの回動規制部に突き当ってフック部が施錠姿勢位置に位置決め保持し、開き扉を閉めてリンクのフック部が受具に突き当たると、フック部が受具に係止して開き扉をオートロックする。【選択図】 図1
