DOUBLE GLASS PANEL DEVICE HAVING SOUND INSULATION PROPERTY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double glass panel device having high sound insulation property derived from internal sound absorbing property and mitigation of transmission of sound vibration through front and rear glass plates and an internal space, without compromising light transmissivity.SOLUTION: A double glass panel device includes a support post erected between a bottom rail 1 and a top rail leaving a prescribed interval, and installs a pair of or a plurality of pairs of glass plates 4 held in a frame body 5 on a periphery, on both front and rear sides and surrounded by the bottom rail, top rail and both support posts. The frame body includes a partitioning plate 10 partitioning a central space part S1 between the front and rear glass plates and an ambient space part S2 surrounded by the bottom rail, the top rail and the support posts. A plurality of grooves 11 and a plurality of through-holes 12 are formed on at least one of the top, bottom, right and left partitioning plates, and sound absorption material 13 is filled in the ambient space part corresponding to the partitioning plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】透光性を損なうことなく内部に吸音性能を持たせ、表裏のガラス板と内部空間を通して音の振動が内外へ伝播するのを減衰させて高い遮音性を備えたダブルガラスパネル装置を提供する。【解決手段】地レール1と天レール間に所定間隔を隔てて支柱を立設し、地レール、天レール及び両支柱間で、表裏両側に周囲を枠体5で保持された一対又は複数対のガラス板4を設けてなるダブルガラスパネル装置において、枠体には、表裏ガラス板間の中央空間部S1と地レール、天レール及び支柱との間の周辺空間部S2を区画する区画板10を備え、上下左右の区画板のうち少なくとも一つの区画板に溝11と貫通孔12を複数形成するとともに、区画板に対応する周辺空間部に吸音材13を充填した。【選択図】 図4
