EXPANSION DRILLING APPARATUS AND EXPANSION DRILLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem with a publicly known example for confirming compressive deformation of a test piece that the deformation may be confirmed only after completion of the work and expansion cannot be confirmed in a real-time basis, and to overcome a problem with another publicly known example for estimating expansion of an expansion blade based on resistance against rod drilling that actual expansion of the expansion blade cannot be confirmed.SOLUTION: An expansion drilling apparatus has a drilling machine 5 suspended from a leader 2 fitted on a traveling base machine 1, the drilling machine comprising a plurality of rods 12 provided vertically and an expansion head 15 having an expansion blade 4 provided in a lower part of the rod 12 in a lowest tier. The expansion head 15 has the expansion blade 4 fitted at a prescribed position above a drilling head 17 provided at a bottom end of a head rod 16, the expansion blade being fitted rotatably between a housing position located roughly in parallel with the head rod 16, and an expansion position opened outward than a drilling diameter of the drilling head 17. Detection means 25 is provided between the expansion blade 4 and the head rod 16, for detecting an expanded state of the expansion blade 4 while drilling into a ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】試験片の圧縮変形を確認する公知例では、変形を確認できるのは作業終了後であり、リアルタイムで拡開を確認できないという課題がある。また、ロッドの掘削抵抗により拡大翼の拡開を予測する公知例では、実際の拡大翼の拡開を確認できないという課題がある。【解決手段】 走行可能なベースマシン1に装着する、リーダ2に吊設する掘削機5を、上下に複数のロッド12と最下端のロッド12の下部に設けた拡大翼4を有する拡大ヘッド15とにより構成し、前記拡大ヘッド15は、ヘッドロッド16の下端に設けた掘削ヘッド17の上方所定位置に前記拡大翼4を、前記ヘッドロッド16と略平行に位置する格納位置と前記掘削ヘッド17の掘削径よりも外側に開いた拡開位置との間回動自在に取付けて構成し、前記拡大翼4とヘッドロッド16との間には、地中での掘削作業中に拡大翼4の拡開状態を検出する検出手段25を設けた拡大掘削装置。【選択図】図2
