PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft foam resin molded product which has a higher tear strength than a conventional one and is useful as a floor cushioning material, and a method for producing a soft foam resin molded product.SOLUTION: A soft foam resin molded product is formed by heating and compressing a soft foam resin containing at least two or more fibers, where at least two or more fibers contain a high melting point fiber having a higher melting point than a heating temperature at the time of heating and compressing and a low melting point fiber having a melting point equal to or lower than the heating temperature at the time of heating and compressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも引裂き強度が高く、床緩衝材として有用な軟質発泡樹脂成形品、および、軟質発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】少なくとも２種類以上の繊維を含む軟質発泡樹脂が加熱圧縮されてなる軟質発泡樹脂成形品において、少なくとも２種類以上の繊維が、加熱圧縮時の加熱温度よりも高い融点を有する高融点繊維と、加熱圧縮時の加熱温度と同等以下の融点を有する低融点繊維と、を含む軟質発泡樹脂成形品である。【選択図】図１
