CLOSING TOOL FOR ENGAGING HOLE OF COVER OPENING OPERATION TOOL OF MANHOLE COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing tool for an engaging hole of a cover opening operation tool of a manhole cover that does not readily fall off from the manhole cover even when a screw shaft has loosened.SOLUTION: A closing tool 1 includes a body 2 inserted into an engaging hole 25, a screw shaft 3 penetrating vertically through the body and being held, a nut member 4 screwed into the screw shaft, and a key member 5 operating the screw shaft 3 by rotation. The body 2 includes a lower insertion part 6, an upper umbrella part 7 closing the engaging hole 35, and a positioning protrusion 8 for an undersurface of the umbrella part. The nut member 4 includes a tightening protrusion 9 and a reverse rotation stopper protrusion 10, and is screwed into the screw shaft 3 with prescribed frictional resistance. The tightening protrusion 9 sandwiches the manhole cover 31 with the umbrella part 7, when the nut member 4 reaches a highest position while the tightening protrusion 9 is between rotation restricting surfaces 21, 22. The nut member 4 is restrained at a lock angle position by the rotation restricting surfaces 21, 22 even when the screw shaft 3 has loosened. Thus, the tightening protrusion 9 prevents fall-off of the closing tool from the engaging hole 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ねじ軸が緩んでも、容易にはマンホール蓋から抜け出ることのないマンホール蓋の開蓋操作具係合孔の閉塞具を提供する。【解決手段】閉塞具1は、係合孔25に挿入される本体2、これを上下に貫通して保持されるねじ軸3、これに螺合するナット部材4、ねじ軸3を回転操作する鍵部材5を具備する。本体2は、下部の挿入部6、係合孔35を塞ぐ上部の傘部7、その下面の位置決め突起8を具備する。ナット部材4は、締め付け突片9と逆転止め突片10を具備し、ねじ軸3に所定の摩擦抵抗で螺合される。締め付け突片9が回転拘束面21,22間にあってナット部材4が最上位置に達すると、締め付け突片9が傘部7との間でマンホール蓋31を挟持する。ねじ軸3が緩んでも、ナット部材4は、回転拘束面21,22でロック角度位置に拘束されるから、締め付け突片9により、係合孔35からの抜け出しが阻止される。【選択図】図7
