PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar shading system capable of suppressing generation of glare.SOLUTION: The solar shading system includes: a dimming glass 10 which is disposed on a window B1 of a building B, and is capable of changing shading degree as the ratio of shading the light incident on the window B1; a sky monitoring camera 20 that picks up image of the sky above the building B to create a piece of image data; and a calculation unit 30 and a controller 40 that adjust the shading degree while considering the amount of cloud C in the image data.
