PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof unit capable of rain water from leaking between an outer wall and a roof, or snow from falling under the roof.SOLUTION: The roof unit is a roof which is disposed with a gap between a building and an outer wall and is installed independently from the building by means of posts. The roof unit includes: a flexible blocking material which is provided to the roof to block a gap between the outer wall and the roof; and an anti-sagging material which has a rigidity higher than the blocking material for preventing the blocking material from sagging from the roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
