PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof unit capable of rain water from leaking between an outer wall and a roof, or snow from falling under the roof.SOLUTION: The roof unit is a roof which is disposed with a gap between a building and an outer wall and is installed independently from the building by means of posts. The roof unit includes: a flexible blocking material which is provided to the roof to block a gap between the outer wall and the roof; and an anti-sagging material which has a rigidity higher than the blocking material for preventing the blocking material from sagging from the roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】外壁と屋根との間から雨水が漏れたり雪が屋根の下に落下したりしにくい屋根ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】建物の外壁と間隔を空けて配置される屋根が支柱により前記建物と独立して設けられる屋根ユニットであって、前記屋根に設けられ前記外壁との間を塞ぎ、可撓性を有する塞ぎ材と、前記塞ぎ材より剛性が高く当該塞ぎ材の垂れを防止する垂れ防止材と、を有する。【選択図】図３
