PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which has an extremely uniform and glossy mirror surface free from matt pattern on the surface with no burr without being subject to burr removal step.SOLUTION: A decorative panel includes: a resin base material having a chamfered part which is formed on an upper end of joining surface; and a coating film laminated thereover. The chamfer angle in the chamfered part (an angle formed by an extension of the base material surface and the chamfered face) is 5 to 60°; and the width of chamfered part is 0.7 to 3.0 mm. The coating film of a cured body of curable coating material is continuously formed over the chamfered part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】その表面には梨はだ状態が認められず、極めて均一で光沢性のある鏡面を有するだけでなく、バリの除去工程を経ることなくバリが存在しない化粧板に関する。【解決手段】接合面上端部に面取り部が形成された樹脂基材上に、被覆膜が積層された化粧板であって、面取り部の面取り角（基材表面の延長面と面取り部面がなす角度）が５〜６０°であって、面取り部幅が、０．７〜３．０ｍｍであり、硬化性コーティング材の硬化体からなる被覆膜が面取り部上に連続して形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
