NYLON FIBER FOR REINFORCING HYDRAULIC MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING NYLON FIBER FOR REINFORCING HYDRAULIC MATERIAL, AND HYDRAULIC MATERIAL USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-cost nylon fiber for reinforcing a hydraulic material having high fracture energy of the hydraulic material, and a method for producing the nylon fiber for reinforcing the hydraulic material and the hydraulic material using the method therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is nylon fiber for reinforcing a hydraulic material made of short fiber. The nylon fiber is the fiber essentially consisting of nylon 66 in which a melt flow rate at 270°C is 10 to 70 g/10 min, having single fiber strength of 5.4 to 9.0 cN/dex and fracture elongation of 15 to 80%. Also provided is a method for producing the nylon fiber for reinforcing the hydraulic material where the nylon 66 in which an MFR at 270°C is 10 to 70 g/10 min is melt-spun, is subjected to wet drawing in the presence of water heated at 10 to 80°C, and is thereafter heat-set at a dry heat temperature higher than the drawing temperature. Also provided is the hydraulic material containing the nylon fiber, and containing the nylon fiber by 0.01 to 5 Vol% provided that the hydraulic material is defined as 100 Vol%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コストが安く、水硬性材料の破壊エネルギーが高い水硬性材料補強用ナイロン繊維と、水硬性材料補強用ナイロン繊維の製造方法、及びこれを用いた水硬性材料を提供する。【解決手段】短繊維からなる水硬性材料補強用ナイロン繊維であって、前記ナイロン繊維は、270℃におけるメルトフローレートが10〜70g/10分のナイロン66を主成分とする繊維であり、単繊維強度:5.4〜9.0cN/dtex、破断伸度:15〜80%である。本発明の水硬性材料補強用ナイロン繊維の製造方法は、270℃におけるMFRが10〜70g/10分のナイロン66を溶融紡糸し、10〜80℃の温度の水存在下で湿式延伸し、その後、前記延伸温度より高い乾熱温度で熱セットする。本発明の水硬性材料は、前記のナイロン繊維を含む水硬性材料であって、水硬性材料を100Vol%としたとき、前記ナイロン繊維を0.01〜5Vol%含む。【選択図】図4
