MANUFACTURING METHOD OF IMITATION WOOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of imitation wood capable of easily manufacturing the imitation wood of forming a grain different one by one.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of imitation wood executes an imitation wood body preparation process as a first process. An operator prepares a long-size resin plate-like body for constituting the imitation wood 100 as the imitation wood body preparation process. Next, the operator executes a cutting blade preparation process as a second process. The operator obtains a cutting blade 200 by forming a cutout part 201 by using an electric grinder 97 for a blade part 93a of a plane blade 93 of a planer 90 as the cutting blade preparation process. Next, the operator executes a cutting process as a third process. The operator processes a grain GW on a surface of an imitation wood body 101 by inputting the imitation wood body 101 in the planer 90 of setting the cutting blade 200 as the cutting process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】１つ１つが異なる木目を形成した擬木材を簡単に製造することができる擬木材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】擬木材の製造方法は、第１工程として擬木本体準備工程を行う。擬木本体準備工程として作業者は、擬木材１００を構成する長尺の樹脂製の板状体を用意する。次に、作業者は、第２工程として切削刃準備工程を行う。切削刃準備工程として作業者は、プレーナー９０のカンナ刃９３の刃部９３ａに電動グラインダ９７を用いて切欠き部２０１を形成して切削刃２００を得る。次に、作業者は、第３工程として、切削工程を行う。切削工程として作業者は、切削刃２００をセットしたプレーナー９０内に擬木本体１０１を投入して擬木本体１０１の表面に木目ＧＷを加工する。【選択図】 図１
