INSTALLATION METHOD OF BURIED PIPE AND BURIED PIPE CUTTING AND INSTALLATION DEVICE USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and highly accurately install a new buried pipe.SOLUTION: A plurality of existing buried pipes 3 provided in a row on an existing slab 2 are flatly cut, and a movable carriage 31 is supported on a temporary rail 32, and a template 36 having an input hole 37 matching with the existing buried pipes 3 is installed on the movable carriage 31, and the movable carriage 31 is moved up to the predetermined existing buried pipes 3, and a new buried pipe 4 is inputted via the input hole 37 of the template 36, and is fitted to the existing buried pipes 3, and the new buried pipe 4 is fixed on the existing slab 2, and the movable carriage 31 is separably moved from the fixed new buried pipe 4, and concrete is placed on the existing slab 2, and a furnace floor board is raised in a level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】効率よく、高い精度で新設埋込管を設置できるようにする。【解決手段】既設スラブ2上に列設された複数の既設埋込管3をフラット切断し、仮設レール32上に移動台車31を支持すると共に、既設埋込管3と整合する投入孔37を有するテンプレート36を移動台車31に装架し、所定の既設埋込管3まで移動台31車を移動し、テンプレート36の投入孔37を介して新設埋込管4を投入して既設埋込管3に嵌装し、新設埋込管4を既設スラブ2上に固定し、移動台車31を固定された当該新設埋込管4から離脱移動させ、既設スラブ2上にコンクリートを打設して炉床盤を嵩上げする。【選択図】図10
