SEGMENT WALL BODY AND TUNNEL LINING BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment wall body that has reduced weight and size while ensuring segment quality and increased construction efficiency.SOLUTION: A segment wall body 1 according to this invention is used to construct a tunnel and has a first segment 21 and a second segment 22, which are joined to each other in a circumferential direction Y of the tunnel. A first facing face 3, which is disposed on a ground side β of a lateral face 2a of an inner space side α of the first segment 21 in a wall thickness direction X, on an end 2b, which is joined to the second segment 22, of the first segment 21 in the circumferential direction Y. A second facing face 4, which is disposed on the inner space side α of the lateral face 2a of the ground side β of the second segment 22 in the wall thickness direction X, is formed on an end 2b in the circumferential direction Y, which is joined to the first segment 21, of the second segment 22. The first facing face 3 and the second facing face 4 are disposed so as to face each other in the wall thickness direction X. A space S in which a solidification material is charged is formed at a part where these facing faces are separated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】セグメントの品質を確保しながら重量、寸法を低減させるとともに、施工効率を向上させたセグメント壁体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用したセグメント壁体1は、トンネルを構築するためのものであり、トンネルの周方向Yで互いに接合される第1セグメント21と第2セグメント22とを備える。第1セグメント21は、第2セグメント22と接合される周方向Yの端部2bに、壁厚方向Xで第1セグメント21の内空側αの側面2aよりも地山側βに配置された第1対向面3が形成される。第2セグメント22は、第1セグメント21と接合される周方向Yの端部2bに、壁厚方向Xで第2セグメント22の地山側βの側面2aよりも内空側αに配置された第2対向面4が形成される。第1対向面3及び第2対向面4は、壁厚方向Xで互いに対向させて配置されるとともに、壁厚方向Xで互いに離間させた部分に、固化材を充填するための空間Sが形成される。【選択図】図3
