The foam layer 2 is a layer that has a thickness of 3 mm-10 mm, is composed of polyethylene or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, and has an apparent density of 100 kg/m-120 kg/m. 【課題】安全性がありながら意匠性にも優れる腰壁材を提供する。【解決手段】腰壁材１は、発泡層２とその表面に表面層３とを備えた矩形平板状の腰壁材であって、発泡層２は、厚さ３ｍｍ〜１０ｍｍで、ポリエチレン又はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体からなる見かけ密度１００ｋｇ／ｍ３〜１２０ｋｇ／ｍ３の層であり、表面層３は、厚さ０．２ｍｍ〜０．７ｍｍで、塩化ビニル樹脂又はポリオレフィン系樹脂からなる層であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
