PRODUCING METHOD OF BATH ROOM WALL MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of bath room wall material, which may prevent generation of crinkle on a surface material film and entering of air into a space between a metal plate and the surface material film when the metal plate and the surface material film are jointed with hot melt adhesive agent.SOLUTION: The method includes the following steps (A), (B): (A) a step where a flexible surface material film 2 on which hot melt adhesive agent layer 4 is provided on one surface is supplied to a metal plate 1 to be transported, the metal plate and the surface material film are sandwiched from both outsides by a pair of first heat rolls 12a, 12b in a manner where hot melt adhesive agent layer contacts to a plate surface of the metal plate, and the hot melt adhesive agent layer is softened; and (B) the metal plate and the surface material film are sandwiched from both outsides by a pair of second heat rolls 13a, 13b at downstream of the first heat rolls in transporting direction of the metal plate so that the hot melt adhesive agent layer is melted, and then it is cooled so that the metal plate and the surface material film are jointed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属板と表面材フィルムとをホットメルト接着剤で接着する際に、表面材フィルムにおける皺の発生や、金属板と表面材フィルムとの間へのエアーの混入を抑制できる浴室用壁材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】次の工程（Ａ）、（Ｂ）を含むことを特徴としている：（Ａ）搬送される金属板１に、一方の面にホットメルト接着剤層４を設けた可撓性を有する表面材フィルム２を送給し、ホットメルト接着剤層が金属板の板面に接するように金属板と表面材フィルムとを一対の第１熱ロール１２ａ，１２ｂで両外側から挟み、ホットメルト接着剤層を軟化させる工程；および（Ｂ）金属板の搬送方向における第１熱ロールの下流で、金属板と表面材フィルムとを一対の第２熱ロール１３ａ，１３ｂで両外側から挟み、ホットメルト接着剤層を溶融させ、その後冷却することにより金属板と表面材フィルムとを接着する工程。【選択図】図１
