WELDED JOINT MEMBER AND REINFORCING-BAR WELDED JOINT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint member capable of assuring maintenance of welding joining carried out by butting reinforcing bars to each other and welding strength, and a method for welding joining by fitting a reinforcing-bar welded joint around the reinforcing bars.SOLUTION: A welded joint member 1 is provided with: a bent inner surface 11 that is brought into contact with reinforcing bars when fitted around the reinforcing bars; a bent outer surface 12; two rectangular end surfaces 13 and two U-shaped end surfaces 14 that extend to a part held between the bent inner surface 11 and the bent outer surface 12; an indication marking part 15 that forms a mark on the center of the bent inner surface 11; and a recessed part 16 that is formed in the bent inner surface. The range width of the recessed part 16 is set longer than the width length of the indication marking part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋を突き合わせて行う溶接接合を確実に、かつ、溶接強度を保つことができる溶接継手用部材を提供する。また、前記鉄筋溶接継手を鉄筋に外嵌して溶接継手を行う工法を提供する。【解決手段】溶接継手用部材1は、鉄筋に外嵌した際に当該鉄筋と接する側の湾曲内面11と、湾曲外面12と、湾曲内面11と湾曲外面12との挟部に延設する2つの長方形端面13及び2つのU字形端面14と、湾曲内面11の中央に刻む目安刻部15と、湾曲内面に形成した凹み部16とを備える。目安刻部15の幅方向長さよりも凹み部16の範囲幅の方が広く形成されている。【選択図】図1
