EARLY-STRENGTH ADMIXTURE AND CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early-strength admixture, which has a high initial strength development property, does not need to cure the admixture with steam, and can impart such a strength as to be demoldable thereto by curing at ordinary temperature in a short period of time of approximately of 3-5 hours.SOLUTION: An early-strength admixture contains a hydraulic component, slaked lime and, a setting modifier, where the hydraulic component is formed of alumina cement, gypsum hemihydrate, and anhydrous gypsum, the total amount of the gypsum hemihydrate and the anhydrous gypsum is 15 to 70 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the alumina cement, a mass ratio (anhydrous gypsum/gypsum hemihydrate) of the anhydrous gypsum to the gypsum hemihydrate is 1 to 14, the setting modifier is formed of oxycarboxylic acid salt and carbonate, and a content of the setting modifier is 2.0 to 4.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い初期強度発現性を有し、かつ蒸気養生を必要とせず、3〜5時間程度の短時間の常温養生で脱型可能な強度を付与することができる早強性混和材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】水硬性成分、消石灰および凝結調整剤を含む早強性混和材であって、前記水硬性成分が、アルミナセメント、半水石膏、および無水石膏からなり、前記アルミナセメント100質量部に対して、前記半水石膏と前記無水石膏の合計量が15〜70質量部、かつ前記半水石膏に対する前記無水石膏の質量比(無水石膏/半水石膏)が1〜14であり、前記凝結調整剤が、オキシカルボン酸塩および炭酸塩からなり、前記凝結調整剤の含有量が、前記水硬性成分100質量部に対し、2.0〜4.0質量部である早強性混和材を提供する。【選択図】 なし
