HYDRAULIC LIME AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: hydraulic lime using deposit minerals from volcanic ejecta as a raw material; and an advantageous method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is hydraulic lime that uses lime and fine powder of a volcanic glass material separated from deposit minerals from volcanic ejecta and contains at least one selected from free CaO, belite, wollastonite, and gehlenite. Preferably, the volcanic deposit is shirasu. Further, it is preferable to recover from the volcanic deposit minerals by using at least two cyclones: coarse grains by means of cyclone classifiers 12 to 14 for recovering coarse grains; fine grains by means of a cyclone classifier 15 for recovering fine grains; and fine powder by means of a dust collector 16 for recovering fine powder, where the fine powder is preferably used as the raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】火山噴出物堆積鉱物を原料した水硬性石灰及びその有利な製造方法。【解決手段】石灰と火山噴出物堆積鉱物から分離された火山ガラス材の微粉とを原料とし、遊離CaO、ビーライト、ワラストナイト及びゲーレナイトから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する水硬性石灰。好ましくは、前記火山堆積物かシラスであり、更に前記火山堆積鉱物から、少なくとも2個のサイクロンにより粗粒回収用のサイクロン分級機群12〜14にて粗粒を、細粒回収用のサイクロン分級機15にて細粒を、微粉回収用集塵機16にて微粉を回収し、回収された微粉を前記原料とすることが好ましい、水硬性石灰の製造方法。【選択図】図1
