MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ZIRCONIUM TUNGSTATE PHOSPHATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining zirconium tungstate phosphate which is useful as a negative thermal expansion material and is a single phase in X-ray diffraction by an industrially advantageous method.SOLUTION: A mixture of a tungsten compound and a monolithic compound containing phosphorus and zirconium is used as a reaction precursor and the precursor is burned. The reaction precursor has an infrared ray absorption peak at 950 to 1150 cmat least and maximum of the infrared ray absorption peak in this range is preferably 1030 (±20) cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】負熱膨張材として有用なX線回折的に単相のリン酸タングステン酸ジルコニウムを工業的に有利な方法で得る方法の提供。【解決手段】タングステン化合物、リン、ジルコニウムを含む不定形化合物の混合物を反応前駆体とし、該反応前駆体を焼成することを特徴とする。前記反応前駆体は、少なくとも950〜1150cm-1に赤外線吸収ピークを有し、この範囲での赤外線吸収ピークの極大値が1030(±20)cm-1にあることが好ましい。【選択図】図6
