HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition for additive manufacturing apparatus which has high strength development property, in particular, early-strength development property, and causes less defects due to gas and graphite spheroidizing failure.SOLUTION: A composition for additive manufacturing apparatus is a cement composition that contains 100-400 pts.mass of sand with respect to 100 pts.mass of a binder containing at least (A) calcium aluminate of 50-100 mass% and (B) cement of 0-50 mass%. The (A) calcium aluminate has molar ratio of CaO/AlOof 1.5-3.0. The (B) cement has content of calcium silicate of 25 mass% or more (provided that total of content of calcium aluminate and cement is 100 mass%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、強度発現性、とくに早期強度発現性が高く、ガスや黒鉛球状化不良による欠陥の発生が少ない付加製造装置用水硬性組成物等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の付加製造装置用組成物は、下記(A)カルシウムアルミネートを50〜100質量%、および、下記(B)セメントを0〜50質量%を、少なくとも含む結合材100質量部に対し、砂を100〜400質量部含有するメント組成物である。(A)カルシウムアルミネート:CaO/Al2O3のモル比が1.5〜3.0(B)セメント:珪酸カルシウムの含有率が25質量%以上(ただし、前記カルシウムアルミネートおよびセメントの含有率の合計は100質量%である。)【選択図】図1
