TIGHT FRAME FOR SEAM-TYPE FOLDED PLATE ROOF, SEAM-TYPE FOLDED PLATE ROOF STRUCTURE WITH THE SAME, AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF SEAM-TYPE FOLDED PLATE ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems with a fitting structure for a seam-type folded plate roof involving a difference in gradient between a roof and a beam at a seam, and erroneous fitting of a tight frame with regard to a roofing direction.SOLUTION: A tight frame 10 has a symmetrical form connected at a crest part 12 where a cleat 30 is fitted. A connection part 15 is formed with a standing piece 13 and a pierced hole 14, the connection part being erected on right and left edges of the tight frame. A step part is formed by sliding a top of the crest part 12 of the connected tight frame 10. Also provided is a reinforcement metal fitting 20 with a bolt 22, the bolt being inserted into the pierced holes 14, 14 formed by overlapping the connection part 15, and used for fixing the connection parts 15, 15 and fitting the cleat 30. The crest part 12 of the tight frame 10 is made into a circumferential form in a width direction, and a bottom part 23 of the reinforcement metal fitting 20 with the bolt that comes into contact with the tight frame and a bottom part 33 of the cleat 30 are also made into the circumferential form correspondingly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ハゼ式折板屋根の取付構造における「ハゼにおける屋根と梁との勾配差」及び「タイトフレームの葺き方向に対する誤取付」を解決することにある。【解決手段】 タイトフレーム10は、吊子30を取り付ける山部12で連結される左右対称な形状であって、その左右両端に起立した起立片13と14穿孔とを備えて連結部15とし、連結したタイトフレーム10の山部12の上をスライドさせて段差部を形成するとともに、連結部15を重ね合わせて形成される穿孔14,14に挿通させて連結部15,15の固定及び吊子30の取付のためのボルト22を備えるボルト付補強金具20を備える。そして、タイトフレーム10の山部12を幅方向に円周状とし、それと接するボルト付補強金具20の底部23及び吊子30の底部33もこれに対応する円周状としたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
