PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an underground structure, a precast member, and the underground structure that can enhance water cut-off property of the underground structure constructed using the plurality of precast members.SOLUTION: A construction method of an underground structure includes: a preparatory step for preparing a precast member 10 having a concrete block part 11 and a reinforcing bar 12 that is at least partially embedded in the concrete block part 11; a precast member layout step for laying out the plurality of precast members 10 along the excavated surface 1s such that an excavated surface 1s of an underground space 1 formed by excavating a ground 3 is separated from the concrete block part 11, and that the concrete block parts 11 are separated from each other; and a concrete casting step for casting concrete between the concrete block parts 11 of the precast members 10 laid out in the precast member layout step, and between the excavated surface 1s and the concrete block part 11, for forming a side wall 5 of a vertical shaft 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
