VERTICAL GUTTER STRUCTURE OF SEISMIC ISOLATED BUILDING AND JOINT UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical gutter structure of seismic isolated building and a joint unit, which can prevent a vertical gutter installed on a seismic isolated building from breaking and make positional deviation of the vertical gutter after earthquake less noticeable.SOLUTION: A vertical gutter structure 1 comprises: a vertical gutter 4, which is installed on an upper structure body 20; a drain pipe cover 5; an intermediate gutter 6; and a water receiving member 7, which is connected to a drain pipe 3 so as to be in communication with the drain pipe. The intermediate gutter 6 is fitted to the vertical gutter 4 and the drain pipe cover 5 so as to be detached when the relative position of the upper structure body 20 changed. The drain pipe cover 5 comprises: an upper cylinder part 50, which is connected to the intermediate gutter 6; a lower cylinder part 51, which is stored inside a water receiving concavity 70 on an upper part of the water receiving member 7; and a cover part 52, which is placed on the ground so as to cover the lower cylinder part 51 and the water receiving concavity 70. Horizontal clearances S1, S2 for allowing the relative position between the drain pipe cover 5 and the water receiving member 7 to be changed are disposed between the lower cylinder part 51 and the water receiving concavity 70 and between the water receiving concavity 70 and the cover part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震建物に設けられる縦樋の破損を防止でき、地震後の縦樋の位置ずれを目立たなくすることができる免震建物の縦樋構造、及び継手ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】縦樋構造1は、上部構造体20に取り付けられる縦樋4、排水管カバー5、中間樋6、排水管3に連通接続される水受け部材7を備える。中間樋6は、上部構造体20の相対位置が変化したときに外れるように、縦樋4と排水管カバー5に取り付けられる。排水管カバー5は、中間樋6に接続される上筒部50と、水受け部材7上部の水受け凹部70の内側に収容される下筒部51と、下筒部51と水受け凹部70を覆うように地面に載置されるカバー部52を有する。下筒部51と水受け凹部70の間と、水受け凹部70とカバー部52の間に、排水管カバー5と水受け部材7の相対位置の変更を許容するための水平方向の隙間S1,S2を有する。【選択図】図1
