CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF DOUBLE PIPE PILE AND DOUBLE PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a double pipe pile installed so as to put an outer pipe for burdening a part of earthquake time horizontal force, on a head part of a main pile for supporting a vertical load, at a construction site.SOLUTION: A temporary hole (h) is excavated for inserting a main pile 1 into the ground by projecting on the ground by an upper end part, and a large diameter hole (h2) is excavated for inserting an outer pipe 2 into an upper part of its temporary hole (h) by projecting on the ground by the upper end part. The outer pipe 2 is inserted into its large diameter hole (h2) by projecting on the ground by the upper end part, and the main pile 1 is inserted into the outer pipe 2 and the temporary hole (h) by projecting on the ground by the upper end part. The main pile 1 is rotated, and a projection jig provided on its outer periphery is inserted into a groove of a U-shaped jig provided on the inner periphery of the outer pipe 2, and the outer pipe 2 is integrally joined to the main pile 1-head part. A double pipe pile is extracted on the ground from the temporary hole (h) by hanging-up of the main pile 1, and the double pipe pile is installed by being inserted into a regular hole (H) excavated in the ground by hanging-down of the main pile 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】鉛直荷重を支持する本杭の頭部に、地震時水平力の一部を負担する外管を被せるように設置する二重管杭を、施工現場で製造可能とする。【解決手段】地盤に本杭1を上端部だけ地上に突出して挿入する仮設孔hを掘削して、その仮設孔hの上部に外管2を上端部だけ地上に突出して挿入する大径孔h2を掘削する。その大径孔h2に外管2を上端部だけ地上に突出して挿入し、その外管2及び仮設孔hに本杭1を上端部だけ地上に突出して挿入する。本杭1を回転させて、その外周に設けた突起治具を、外管2の内周に設けたコ字型治具の溝に挿入して、本杭1頭部に外管2を一体化結合する。本杭1の吊り上げにより二重管杭を仮設孔hから地上に引き抜いて、本杭1の吊り下ろしにより二重管杭を、地盤に掘削された本設孔Hに挿入して設置する。【選択図】図9
