MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PROJECTED CORNER MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projected corner material, inexpensively manufacturable without causing a dead space when boxing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device includes a first substrate 10 having a surface 11, a reverse surface 12, one end 13, the other end 14, a separate one end 15 and a separate other end 16 and obliquely cutting the separate other end 16 so that the surface 11 becomes longer than the reverse surface 12, by forming a first engaging part on the one end 13 and forming a second engaging part on the other end 14, an adhesive process of adhering by joining the separate other end 16 of the first substrate 10 and a separate one end 25 of a second substrate 20 by coating an adhesive on the separate other end 16 of the first substrate 20 and the separate one end 25 of the second substrate 20, by forming the first engaging part on the one end 23 and forming the second engaging part on the other end 24 and a cutting process of cutting the second substrate 20 so as to be aligned with the reverse surface 12 of the first substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
