PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer toilet usage situation information useful for a user.SOLUTION: With a toilet navigation device 10, a prediction processing part 14 calculates a prediction number P(j) on stall availability concerning a stall K based on a latest usage situation U(j) relating to the stall K and a last usage situation U(i) relating to a last period i, and then aggregates the prediction number P(j) on stall availability for calculating a prediction number W(j) on toilet availability for each toilet T. Furthermore, an information transmission part 15 distributes a toilet navigation screen to user terminals 40, 41, the toilet navigation screen showing the prediction number W(j) on toilet availability for each toilet T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
