SLIDING DOOR AND ITS ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE AS WELL AS ITS ASSEMBLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem caused when performing cutting work of notches of both end portions of a shape material using a machining device in the factory production of the shape material constituting a sliding door, in which the machining device is expensive generally, and therefore it is desired to avoid its capital investment.SOLUTION: Inside/outside sliding doors 10, 11 include left and right vertical frames 20, 21 where only the size is machined in a surface (crossing surface) intersecting in a longitudinal direction of a shape material 22, and tapping holes 23 are formed along the longitudinal direction; upper and lower frames 30, 31 where only the size is machined in the crossing surface 32 of the shape material, and tapping holes 33 are formed along the longitudinal direction; first and second corner blocks 40, 41 for connecting each upper edge of the left and right vertical frames 20, 21 with each end of the upper frame 30, respectively; and third and fourth corner blocks 42, 43 for connecting each lower end of the left and right vertical frames 20, 21 with each end of the bottom frame 31, respectively. Notches and screw holes are never machined in an end of each shape material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 障子を構成する形材の工場生産時に、加工装置を用いて形材の両端部分の切欠等の切削加工を行う場合、その加工装置は一般的に高額であり、その設備投資を避けることが望まれる。【解決手段】 内外障子10,11は、形材の長手方向に交差する面(交差面)22において、その寸法のみが加工されると共に、前記長手方向に沿って、タッピングホール23が形成されている左右縦框20,21と、形材の交差面32において、その寸法のみが加工されると共に、前記長手方向に沿って、タッピングホール33が形成されている上下框30,31と、左右縦框20,21の各上端と上框30の各端部をそれぞれ接続する第1及び第2のコーナーブロック40,41と、左右縦框20,21の各下端と下框31の各端部をそれぞれ接続する第3及び第4のコーナーブロック42,43とを備えており、前記各形材の端部において、切欠やネジ孔が加工されることはない。【選択図】 図1
