PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pipe regeneration method capable of charging adhesive resin between an existing pipe and a regeneration pipe with high workability, and securing a water cut-off effect.SOLUTION: A method for regenerating an existing pipe 10 includes: a lining step of lining a resin-based regeneration pipe 20 to the inside of the existing pipe 10 with a diameter of the regeneration pipe extended; a sealing step of sealing a gap between a pipe end 11 of the existing pipe 10 and the regeneration pipe 20 over the whole circumference by a water cut-off material 30; a hole formation step of forming, in the water cut-off material 30, an insertion hole 35 reaching the pipe end 11 of the existing pipe 10 and continuing to an end of a gap 40 between the existing pipe 10 and the regeneration pipe 20; and a resin injection step of inserting an injection nozzle 51 into the insertion hole 35, and injecting adhesive resin into the gap 40 through the injection nozzle 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既設管と更生管との間に作業性良く接着樹脂を充填し、止水効果を確保する既設管更生方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設管10の更生は、次の工程を有する。既設管10の内側に樹脂製更生管20をその拡径を伴ってライニングするライニング工程。既設管10の管端11と更生管20との間を全周にわたり止水材30で封止する封止工程。止水材30に、既設管10の管端11に達するとともに既設管10と更生管20の間の隙間40の端に連なる差し込み穴35を形成する穴形成工程。差し込み穴35に注入ノズル51を差し込み、この注入ノズル51を介して、接着樹脂を隙間40に注入する樹脂注入工程。【選択図】図1
