AGITATING AND MIXING ATTACHMENT AND AGITATING AND MIXING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating and mixing attachment and an agitating and mixing method which can efficiently agitate and mix sediment or the like with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An agitating and mixing attachment 1 is constituted by an attachment part 2, and a plurality of rod-like bodies 3. The rod-like bodies 3 are arrayed in a first array group 3A adjacent to an outer peripheral surface of a bottom 14 of a bucket 11, and a second array group 3B separated from the first array group 3A, and rod-like bodies 3a and 3b of the first array group 3A and the second array group 3B are arranged to have a gap therebetween in a width direction of the bucket 11. Further, the rod-like bodies 3a of the first array group 3A and the rod-like bodies 3b of the second array group 3B are arranged to be offset in the width direction of the bucket 11. The agitating and mixing attachment 1 is fixed on the bucket 11 through the attachment part 2, and a hydraulic shovel 10 is operated and is moved in a state in which the rod-like bodies 3 are inserted in an object D. 【課題】簡素な構成でありながら、効率よく土砂等の撹拌混合を行うことができる撹拌混合用アタッチメントおよび撹拌混合方法を提供する。【解決手段】取付け部2と、複数の棒状体3とで撹拌混合用アタッチメント1を構成する。複数の棒状体3は、バケット11の底14の外周面に隣接して配置される第1列群3Aと第1列群3Aと離間して配置される第2列群3Bとに配列し、第1列群3Aと第2列群3Bのそれぞれの棒状体3a、3bはバケット11の幅方向にすき間をあけて配置する。さらに、第1列群3Aの棒状体3aと第2列群3Bの棒状体3bは、バケット11の幅方向にオフセットさせて配置する。そして、この撹拌混合用アタッチメント1を、取付け部2を介してバケット11に固定し、油圧ショベル10を操作して複数の棒状体3を対象物Dに挿入した状態で移動させることにより、対象物Dを撹拌混合する。【選択図】図5
