PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a deck material from being deformed due to swelling of wood flour included in the deck material, while imparting a woody texture to the deck material.SOLUTION: A deck material 1 comprises a base material 2, a top-surface surface layer part 20 for covering a top surface of the base material 2, and an undersurface surface layer part 30 for covering an undersurface of the base material 2. The base material 2 is made from a wood flour-mixed resin that has wood flour mixed into a synthetic resin. The top-surface surface layer part 20 is made from a wood flour-mixed resin, the wood flour mixing ratio of which is set lower than that of the base material 2. The undersurface surface layer part 30 is made of a synthetic resin into which the wood flour is not mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】デッキ材に木質感を付与しながら、デッキ材に含まれる木粉の膨潤によってデッキ材が変形するのを抑制する。【解決手段】デッキ材１は、基材２と、基材２の上面を覆う上面表層部２０と、基材２の下面を覆う下面表層部３０とを備える。基材２は、合成樹脂に木粉が配合された木粉配合樹脂により構成され、上面表層部２０は、木粉の配合比率が基材２よりも小さくされた木粉配合樹脂により構成され、下面表層部３０は、木粉が配合されていない合成樹脂により構成されている。【選択図】図４
