CORRECTION METHOD FOR REPAIRED RAIL PART, RAIL CORRECTION METHOD, AND CORRECTION DEVICE FOR REPAIRED RAIL PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction device for a repaired rail part used when repairing a rail by welding after removing only a damaged portion, the correction device preventing denting of the repaired part by welding when the welded part has cooled down.SOLUTION: A rail correction device is mounted on top of a rail for correcting the rail, and includes a body part 11 formed to be long in a longitudinal direction of a rail 1, a pair of hydraulic cylinder parts 12 provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the body part 11, a cylinder shaft 13 that extends from each of the hydraulic cylinder parts 12 and is operated in a way that enables contacting with a rail head part, a pair of arm parts 15 having a top part fixed on a side surface of the body part 11 and extending downward, and a support shaft 18 that is erected between the arms at a bottom edge of the arm part 15, and may support a rail bottom surface. The overall rail is corrected vertically, utilizing a tip of the pair of cylinder shafts 13 as a fulcrum 14 as the rail head part is pressed by the cylinder shafts 13 on both sides, and lifting the support shaft 18 as a point of action.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】レール補修において、損傷が生じた部位だけを除去して溶接補修を行う場合に、冷却時による溶接補修部の落ち込みを防止するようにレールの矯正を行うレール補修部矯正装置を得る。【解決手段】レール上方に載置してレールの矯正を行うレール矯正装置において、レール1の長手方向に長く形成された本体部11と、本体部11の長手方向両側に設けた一対の油圧シリンダー部12と、各油圧シリンダー部12から伸長し、レール頭部に当接可能に動作するシリンダー軸13と、本体部11の側面に上部が固定され下方に延長される一対のアーム部15と、アーム部15の下端でアーム間に架設されレール底面を支持可能とする支持軸18とを備え、レール頭部への両側のシリンダー軸13の押圧により一対のシリンダー軸13の先端を支点14とし、作用点である支持軸18を引き上げてレール全体を縦矯正する。【選択図】図4
