PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house with an evacuation shelter smoothly usable even for daily life, while coping even with damage such as a fire and an earth slide and jumping-in of an automobile needless to say a Tsunami, a flood and an earthquake.SOLUTION: An evacuation shelter H1 commonly usable as an indoor one room is floatably provided in a house 1, and a space part S1 movable upward by floating on intruded water in an emergency such as a Tsunami and a heavy rain, is provided in the house 1. When assembling the evacuation shelter H1 by using a room having a blow-by and an inner yard or stairs 4 as the space part S1, the space part S1 may not be daringly provided, and the evacuation shelter H1 can also be assembled by hiding on the inside of a wall 9, a floor 6b and the ceiling 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 津波、洪水、地震は勿論、火災や土砂崩れや自動車の飛び込み等の被害にも対応でき、日常の生活にも支障なく使用することができる避難シェルタ付きの家屋を提供する。【解決手段】 屋内の一室として兼用可能な避難シェルタＨ１が浮上可能に家屋１に設けられており、津波や豪雨の非常時は侵入した水に浮いて上方に移動可能な空間部Ｓ１が家屋１に設けられている。空間部Ｓ１としては、吹き抜けや中庭など、或いは、階段４のある部屋などを利用して避難シェルタＨ１を組み立てると、敢えて空間部Ｓ１を設けなくともよく、また、壁９や床６ｂや天井３ａの内部に隠れるようにして避難シェルタＨ１を組み立てることもできる。【選択図】 図１
