【課題】簡易な構成、取り付け作業の容易性および低コストを実現した住宅用制振材を提供する。【解決手段】住宅用制振材（１）は、中空部（１１ａ）が形成されている質量体収納部（１１）と建築資材（野縁１００）を挟み込むグリップ部（１２）とを備え、質量体収納部（１１）およびグリップ部（１２）は弾性体によって形成されており、中空部（１１）には質量体（鉄芯１３）が挿入されている。【選択図】図１
