FIXING METHOD OF INORGANIC PLATE AND INORGANIC PLATE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method capable of fixing a large size inorganic plate to a building frame and preventing drop off thereof and a jig therefor.SOLUTION: A fixing method of inorganic plate includes the steps of: preparing a large size inorganic plate 1 which has a hole 2 or a groove on one plane thereof; and preparing a fixing member 103 including a connection part to be connected to the building frame and an engagement part to be engaged with the hole or groove in which the engagement part is deformable in a direction along the plane of the inorganic plate, and which can be inserted into the hole or groove. The engagement part is fixed by being inserted into the hole or groove while deforming the shape thereof by applying a force to an engagement part of the fixing member, and by pushing the engagement part while being held in contact with the plane of the inner wall of the hole or groove. After that, a stopper member for preventing distortion of the shape of the engagement part is fit in the fixing member. A connection part of the fixing member or stopper member is connected to the building frame and the plane of the hole or groove is bonded to the building frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大型無機質板を躯体に固定し、その脱落を防止できるその固定方法およびそのための治具の提供。【解決手段】孔2または溝を一方の面に有する大型無機質板1を用意し、さらに躯体と接続する接続部と、孔または溝に係止される係止部とを備えてなる固定部材103であって、係止部が、無機質板の面に沿った方向に変形可能であり、孔または溝に挿入可能なものを用意する。この固定部材の係止部に力を加えてその形を歪めて孔または溝に係止部を挿入し、係止部を孔または溝の内壁に面して当接し押圧させることにより係止する。その後、係止部の形の歪みを抑制するストッパ部材を固定部材に嵌め込む。固定部材またはストッパ部材が備える接続部を躯体に接続し、孔または溝を有する面と躯体とを接着する。【選択図】図1
