PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agglomerated material, which has higher handleability during scattering and which hardly causes variations in quality after compaction.SOLUTION: An agglomerated material comprises a base material that is composed predominantly of sedimentary soft rocks containing a relatively large number of smectite minerals, and bentonite for coating the base material. In the sedimentary soft rock that is soil excavated from a Dainenji layer or a Mukaiyama layer of a Sendai layer group belonging to the Neogene Pliocene series, a crushing ratio is 48% or more, and methylene blue adsorption of the sedimentary soft rock is 16 mmol/100 g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】撒き出し時の材料のハンドリング性がより高く、かつ、締固め後の品質のばらつきがより少ない造粒物を提供する。【解決手段】スメクタイト系鉱物を比較的多く含有する堆積軟岩を主体とする母材と、母材を被覆するベントナイトとを備える造粒物であって、堆積軟岩は、新第三系鮮新統に属する仙台層群の大年寺層または向山層の掘削土で、かつ、破砕率が48%以上で、なおかつ、当該堆積軟岩のメチレンブルー吸着量が16mmol/100g以上ある。【選択図】図1
