REPAIR METHOD FOR SASH FRAME AND INSPECTION METHOD ON REPAIRED STATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a sash frame and an inspection method on a repaired state used when repairing the sash frame by injecting a foaming resin, the sash frame being made by fixing a new sash frame inside an existing sash frame, and the repair method being capable of preventing pooling of water in a space formed on the sash frame side, reinforcing a fixed state of each sash, and preventing formation of a cavity when the foaming resin is foamed.SOLUTION: When repairing a sash frame made by fitting and fixing a new sash frame 4 inside an existing sash frame 3 fixed on an opening 2 of a building frame 1, a plurality of resin injection holes 32 is formed at a prescribed interval on a side surface of either of the sash frames 3, 4, the resin injection hole communicating with a space 22 formed between an inner peripheral surface of the existing sash frame 3 and an outer peripheral surface of the new sash frame 4 and extending in a circumferential direction, and then, a resin hardening layer is formed in the space by injecting a foaming resin into the space 22 from the resin injection hole 32 and having the resin foamed and hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設サッシ枠の内側に新設サッシ枠を固定してなるサッシ枠を、発泡性樹脂を注入して補修するに際し、サッシ枠側に生じた空間部の水溜りの発生が防止できるとともに各サッシの固定状態が補強でき、さらに発泡性樹脂の発泡時における空洞の生成を防ぐことができるサッシ枠の補修方法及び補修状態検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】躯体1の開口部2に固定された既設サッシ枠3の内側に新設サッシ枠4を嵌装して固定してなるサッシ枠を補修するに際して、既設サッシ枠3の内周面と新設サッシ枠4の外周面の間に形成されてその周方向に延びる空間部22に連通する樹脂注入孔32を、上記各サッシ枠3、4の少なくとも何れか一方の側面に所定間隔で複数個形成し、しかる後、樹脂注入孔32から空間部22内に発泡性樹脂を注入して発泡硬化させることで該空間部内に樹脂硬化層を形成する。【選択図】 図3
