METHOD FOR INSTALLING CEILING PANEL ON BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable final fixing of a ceiling panel to be performed at a factory, so as mainly to reduce labor at a construction site.SOLUTION: A method for installing a ceiling panel on a building unit includes: a positioning piece fitting step in which a positioning jig 11 is brought in contact and disposed along an inner surface of wall panels 4, 5, a positioning piece 12 is mounted at a top edge part of the positioning jig 11, and the positioning piece 12 is fixed on the wall panels 4, 5; a ceiling panel positioning step in which a ceiling panel 6 is mounted from above on a top part of the positioning piece 12 and held temporarily, at the same time being positioned; a ceiling panel fixing step in which the ceiling panel 6 is fixed at a top part of the wall panels 4, 5; and a positioning piece removal step in which the positioning piece 12 is removed from the wall panels 4, 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】主に、天井パネルの本固定を製造工場で行い得るようにすることで、建築現場での手間を削減し得るようにする。【解決手段】位置決め治具１１を、壁パネル４，５の内面に沿って当接配置し、位置決め治具１１の上端部に位置決め片１２を載置すると共に、位置決め片１２を壁パネル４，５に固定する位置決め片取付け工程と、位置決め片１２の上部に上側から天井パネル６を載置して仮保持させると共に位置決めする天井パネル位置決め工程と、天井パネル６を壁パネル４，５の上部に固定する天井パネル固定工程と、位置決め片１２を壁パネル４，５から撤去する位置決め片撤去工程と、を行うようにしている。【選択図】図８
