A pair of floor beams 12 and 12 for being used as a beam material is arranged almost in parallel in the state of facing each other, and a plurality of floor binders 15,... are laid almost in parallel at intervals between the floor beams. 【課題】建物の外部から伝搬された振動を効率的に減衰させることが可能なユニット建物の防振構造を提供する。【解決手段】梁材と柱材とによって骨組みが形成される建物ユニット1が基礎部2の上に設置されて構築されるユニット建物の防振構造である。そして、梁材となる床梁12,12は一対が対向して略平行に配置されるとともに、その床梁間には間隔を置いて複数の床小梁15,・・・が略平行に架け渡されている。さらに、基礎部の上面211と妻側の床梁12Aの下面との間に介在されるスペーサ板3,・・・と、床小梁の下面側に取り付けられるダンパー板4,・・・とを備えている。【選択図】図1
