PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit torque even to a pile by efficiently transmitting in an exciter by reducing the size and reducing weight of the exciter.SOLUTION: In a 6-axis 2-stage exciter 10 having respectively one driving shaft 61U and 61L and a pair of weight rotary shafts in upper-lower respective stages 10U and 10L in a casing 7, the upper-lower stage driving shafts comprise a first driving device 6U for rotatably driving the upper stage driving shaft and a second driving device 6L for rotatably driving the lower stage driving shaft, which are provided in an end part in the longitudinal direction of the casing, and the first driving device 6U and the second driving device 6L are symmetrically arranged to the exciting center line C1 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the casing in a plan view, and a pair of eccentric weights 11U and 12U fixed to a pair of weight rotary shafts of an upper stage are rotatably driven by the first driving device 6U of an upper stage, and a pair of eccentric weights 11L and 12L fixed to the pair of weight rotary shafts of a lower stage are rotatably driven by the second driving device 6L of the lower stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】起振機の小型化・軽量化を図り、回転力を起振機内で効率的に伝達することにより杭に対しても効率的に伝達する。【解決手段】筐体7内の上下各段10U;10Lに1つの駆動軸61U;61Lと一対の重錘回転軸とをそれぞれ備えた6軸2段の起振機10であって、上下各段の駆動軸が、筐体の長手方向の端部に設けられ、上段の駆動軸を回転駆動する第1駆動装置6Uと下段の駆動軸を回転駆動する第2駆動装置6Lとを有し、第1駆動装置6Uと第2駆動装置6Lが、平面視にて筐体の長手方向に平行な起振中心線C1に対して対称に配置されており、上段の一対の重錘回転軸に固定された一対の偏心重錘11U,12Uが上段の第1駆動装置6Uにより回転駆動されるとともに、下段の一対の重錘回転軸に固定された一対の偏心重錘11L,12Lが下段の第2駆動装置6Lにより回転駆動される。【選択図】図1
