PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite composition constituting a ferrite sintered body which is suitably used in a chip coil.SOLUTION: A ferrite composition has main components and accessory components. The main components include 43.0-51.0 mol% of an iron oxide in terms of FeO, 5.0-15.0 mol% of a copper oxide in terms of CuO, 1.0-24.9 mol% of a zinc oxide in terms of ZnO, and the balance nickel oxide. The ferrite composition contains, as the accessory components, 0.2-3.0 pts.wt. of a silicon compound in terms of SiO, 3.0-8.0 pts.wt. of a cobalt compound in terms of CoO(excluding 3.0 pts.wt.), and 0.2-8.0 pts.wt. of a bismuth compound in terms of BiO, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the main components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】チップコイルに好適に用いられるフェライト焼結体を構成するフェライト組成物を得る。【解決手段】主成分と副成分とを有するフェライト組成物である。主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2O3換算で43.0〜51.0モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で5.0〜15.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で1.0〜24.9モル%、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成されている。主成分100重量部に対して、副成分として、ケイ素化合物をSiO2換算で0.2〜3.0重量部、コバルト化合物をCo3O4換算で3.0〜8.0重量部(3.0重量部を除く)、ビスマス化合物をBi2O3換算で0.2〜8.0重量部、含有する。【選択図】図1
