PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding member capable of binding a strut without processing a wale for binding the strut.SOLUTION: A binding member 1 of the present invention is the binding member 1 for connecting a wale 3 with a strut 2 having a pressing member 4 on an end in an axial direction. The pressing member 4 includes a contacting part 41 coming into contact with a first side surface 31 of the wale 3, and a connection part 42 connected to the contacting part 41 and disposed on a top surface 32 of the wale 3. The binding member 1 may be connected with the pressing member 4 through a connection member 5, and includes: a contacting part 11 coming into contact with a second side surface 33 of the wale 3 opposite the first side surface 31 and sandwiching the wale together with the contacting part 41 of the pressing member 4; a support part 12 connected to the contacting part 11 and supporting an undersurface 34 of the wale 3; and a connection part 13 connected to the contacting part 11 and disposed on the top surface 32 of the wale 3, the connection part 13 being connectable with the connecting part 42 of the pressing member 4 through the connection member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
